Friedrich Castillo-Ormeno returned to Peru months ago, but got calls from relatives saying his name was tied to an incident involving a driver who allegedly hit an ICE officer with his car.

The Minnesota Board of Pardons held an emergency meeting Monday to grant a pardon to At "Ricky" Chandee. Chandee was arrested in January during Operation Metro Surge and faced deportation on Tuesday.
